Grovelawn Financial Services is an independent Whole of Market mortgage brokerage and you do not need to pay us any fees for our services.

Our clients can be assured of a helpful and speedy service and our current rate of referals and repeat business speaks for itself. Once again, we offer a case manager to keep your mortgage on track and ensure that you are kept up to date with all developments. All our clients are contacted three months before the end of their fixed period and are offered a great newdeal.

Bad Credit Clients

Our fee structure has helped many of our clients with a history of bad credit secure a great deal without the addition of hefty broker fees. We aim to assist home buyers in repairing their credit history and improve their chances of securing a great rate on their mortgage now and in the future. However it must be noted that the availablility of mortgages for clients with bad credit have reduced considerably over the last year.
