Today the Society provides a range of services in addition to its core business of mortgages and investments.
Whilst primarily serving the East Riding of Yorkshire through their branch and agency network, their mortgage and savings products are now available nationally.
You will need a deposit of at least 5% to qualify for a mortgage with Beverly B. S. in areas within the post codes of HU, DN and YO. However outside of these areas it will only offer 75% LTV where you will need a 25% deposit.
