Kensington specialise in the adverse sector, right to buys and buy to let products. Their speciality however is the sub prime adverse market with various products for customers with a bad credit score often caused by a CCJ or IVA, where gaining credit from a standard lender can be very difficult. Bad credit can be divided into three sectors light, medium and heavy adverse and Kensington can offer mortgages for all of these.
