Established in 1849, the Nottingham has grown into a top 20 building society with a network of branches in Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire and South Yorkshire.

During the 1970s it opened new branch offices in another 35 locations including Long Eaton, Beeston, Arnold, Mansfield, Chesterfield, Sheffield and Skegness.

During the late 1980s the Building Society launched an Estate Agents in Nottingham known as Nottingham Property Services. It now has a network of 19 local branches and has grown to become a leading estate agency in the area.

A glance at their user friendly website will show that the society has a good range of both mortgages and savings products including buy to let mortgages, tracker mortgages and fixed rate mortgages. As a mutual society they are proud to pass on the benefits to its customers instead of through dividends to shareholders, by way of up to date products and a good customer service history.
