Originally trading as Advance Mortgage Funding in 1990 Pink Home Loans was its rebrand in 1999. It is now part of the The Skipton Group and started giving mortgage advice in 2004.

They are listed here as a provider because they are owned by Skipton but in fact they offer mortgage advise from across the whole of the market and last year provided over £3.4 billion worth of mortgage business. Pink offer First time buyer mortgages and buy to let mortgages.

Offering a simple user friendly process by either phoning or using a contact form. Followed by a call back within 24 hours to discuss a product that best suits the borrowers circumstances. Then the mortgage application is sent for the borrower to sign and return.

On recept of the signed application it is then submited to the relevant lender and tracked through to completion with regular updates to the client.
