Platform Home Loans is wholly owned by Britannia Building Society and was launched in 2003 to work with intermediaries as the only intermediary lender for Britannia.
It has a product range that includes a full range from prime to non-conforming lending. They also include products that fall into the Buy to Let and Self-Certification categories.
To date Platform has processed over 90,000 mortgages totaling over £7billion in value. Platform has won numerous awards which include Best Specialist Lender - 2005 and Technology Service Awards 2005 both awarded by Mortgage Strategy magazine.
