The Swansea Building Society was founded in 1923. There are only three mutual building societies currently operating in Wales. It is the only Building Society or Bank with its headquarters in West Wales.
It currently has 1000 mortgage customers with assets in excess of £85 million and over 6,500 savers accounts.
The Swansea Building Society have a team of underwriters that can access individual requirements when determining mortgage lending primarily for properties in South Wales.
It offers a flexible mortgage where you can combine your savings and mortgage account in one, in addition to this there are specialist products for Self Build and Buy To Let mortgages.
